Custom Sets

We believe in "pure custom" clubs. Therefore, we work with manufacturers in the USA and Japan to provide the four key styles of forged club heads, manufactured to our exacting standards. When you order a custom set of clubs from us, we will grind and finish the actual heads that we will use on your set. Our heads vary in weight less than a single gram from the target weight determined by our computer programs for your specific shaft, grip and club length. For "pure custom" the process can take several weeks.

We also have all of our heads in inventory in weight ranges appropriate for our most popular set makeups. Therefore, if you're interested in an Apache MFS 115 built on a 38" 5 iron with a Winn grip, we are likely to have heads in stock ready to go. In this case, delivery can be one week or less. Of course, all of our clubs come SST PUREd ™.

If you have a favorite head from another supplier that you would like us to use, we will be happy to do that. After securing the heads, we will weigh them to determine the specifications of the finished set. In some cases, it may be more effective for us to order the heads from the supplier so we can get the right weights. Frequently, suppliers will provide specific weights for a small additional charge. If you're absolutely in love with a certain head style, we can always provide a near perfect set, even if it requires grinding to weight and refinishing.
