What You Get for Your Money
The SST PURE ® process as delivered by California Golf Technologies incorporates "Blueprinting" and "Tuning" - services often offered by clubmakers. Only an SST Licensee can offer true SST PURED ™ results.

The first step is to "Blueprint" your clubs. Each club is measured for length, flex and swingweight. Shafts are checked for straightness. All measurements are permanently recorded on a chart. Blueprint data will reveal the quality and "fit" of your clubs. A "go, no go" decision is made at this point. Finishing the SST PURE ® process would be a waste of time and money if your clubs have insurmountable problems. Examples of insurmountable problems would be inconsistent shafts, inappropriate flexes or excessive deviation in swingweight. You can't SST PURE ® a bent shaft. Blueprinting will tell whether your current set fits your game.

If you would rather replace your shafts with new SST PURED ™ shafts, you have your choice of any shaft, in any flex, from any manufacturer in the world.

After blueprinting, the grips are removed and discarded. The heads are removed and cleaned. The heads are weighed and the weights recorded. The shafts are cleaned. The shafts are visually reinspected. The progression in head weights will expose any swingweight problems. Visual inspection of the shafts will find any weight added down the shaft. Minor adjustments in head weighting can be made at this point to correct small swingweight problems. This is the process many clubmakers refer to as "tuning".

The cleaned shafts are tested on the SST PURE ® machine. The optimal orientation is precisely marked for reassembly. Each shaft receives its own evaluation and individual printout. The printout shows the "before" and "after" oscillation pattern of the shaft tip. The quality of the shaft is determined. Any shafts with hidden flaws can be replaced. The clubs are carefully reassembled. The clubs are regripped with your choice of grips.

Finishing options include loft and lie adjustments, custom ferrules and reconditioning and repolishing heads.
